Built in the early 1900s as a Vaudevile theatre, the historic 40th Street Theatre has been restored and is now a perfectly unique spot for your special day.  With both indoor and outdoor spaces, this venue might be the best kept secret in the Omaha Wedding Scene.

Experience the ambience of a wonderfully unique venue. The 40th Street Theatre can accommodate up to 195 guests. It has two rooms for seating, a catering room for bufffet lines and a beautiful outdoor green space.  Rental price includes set-up/tear-down, tables, chairs, door person and bar staff.
